3. THE PRODUCT

A bale trolley, also known as a bale dolly or baller trolley, is an essential tool used together with baler and compactor machines. The bale trolley serves as a handling tool, pulling the stack of items (typically cardboard, plastics, papers, or cans) from the baller machines and transporting them to warehouses or storage. Bale trolleys frequently go in set with compacting machines, which are widely used in bulk and waste handling applications such as supermarket recycling centers and food waste barrels.

The design of a bale trolley is pretty similar to a standard trolley that basically works on upright metal frames and 2 wheels. However, due to its specific functions in conjunction with the compactor machines for bale removals, the dolly is customized to fit the shape of the bales and the chamber of the baling machine. This model WE-BALE01 is suitable for major medium balers. It is modified in terms of nose plate and dimensions with the following highlights. 

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Built tough from steel S235: Durable and corrosion-resistant powder-coated tubular steel frame with tube thickness of 2.5mm that supports bearing 400kg (883lbs) of loads.
• Solid double prong bale spare: The bale trolley does not have a nose plate like the other trolleys; instead, it is made up of a pair of steel tubes. The prongs are 47cm long concrete-filled circular steel tubes that can be easily assembled and switched between three different positions. It enables site workers to carry more bales with heavyweight while also saving space by placing the sponges vertically.
• 7cm long solid double prong made from concrete-filled circular steel tubes with beveled top ensuring quick, safe movement of the bales out of the baler machine. The box section is a rectangular tube shape with three pairs of holes that the baler spongs can put into different positions.
• 8” solid rubber wheels that are nonmarking and inflatable: The non-marking property protects floors, while the inflatable design allows for optimal stability and performance in uneven terrain. These wheels provide the stability needed for efficient movement, making the trolley a versatile solution for various waste management tasks in different environments.
