Quality Policy
GS and BSCI accredited hand truck company
With 20 years of being a hand truck supplier in the handling equipment industry, WOODEVER deeply understands quality standard is the highest level of customer and stakeholder satisfaction. For that reason, we are committed to making the best effort in every step of the manufacturing process: from raw material selection, designing, molding, and framing to loading capacity testing, final inspection, drop testing, and packaging. Series of our hand trucks are GS certified, and our factories are BSCI accredited.
1. Material Selection
Staying true to our Core Values, material selection is one of our priorities in product manufacturing. Based on the customer’s requirements on types of material, a primary and secondary inspection will be conducted on plastics, steel, or aluminum. The POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC HYDROCARBON STANDARDS (PAHs), for example, must be met by all plastic components of hand trucks. Relative certificates, test reports, and other resources for assurance of materials will be issued in case of the customer’s request. Moreover, we insist on cooperating in a long-term relationship with reliable suppliers to ensure stable and qualified material sourcing.
2. Production Process
The production process, including product design, framing, molding, and powder coating, is strictly controlled at WOODEVER. Our goal is “DO IT AT THE FIRST RIGHT” in every single step of the hand truck manufacturing process. To achieve this, we dedicate to:
- - Improving the accuracy and durability of molding/ tooling
- - Assuring the product's size, structure, and surface treatment meet the customer's requirements
- - Keeping costs under control without compromising on quality
- - Complying with business ethics and social value judgments following our factory's BSCI acknowledgment
3. Quality Assurance
Our hand trucks and platform carts must pass an in-house quality inspection before being tested in a TUV lab for loading capacity, durability, and functions. Before shipment, test reports and certificates will be provided to ensure that the product and manufacturing process are in compliance. Standard packaging materials are pallet wrap and cardboard boxes. Drop testing based on ISTA criteria will be provided in case of the customer’s requirement.
